PHMaya Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the PHMaya platform is subject to these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on PHMaya. PHMaya does not accept third-party payments — deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use PHMaya for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other tools to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt any part of the PHMaya platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction linked to criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage;
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

PHMaya monitors all accounts for irregular patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, PHMaya may immediately suspend the account, void relevant bets and bonuses, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation, and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Governing Law and Disputes
